Overview
National Accredited Technical Education Diploma (NATED) programmes are delivered under the auspices of the Department of Higher Education and Training. Engineering studies range from N1-N6. The ultimate goal of the Nated courses is to study toward a N6 Engineering Diploma.

Outline
Admission Requirements
Grade 11 with mathematics and physical science for N2 admission for trade purposes.
Grade 12 with mathematics and physical science for N4 admission.
Subjects retained for articulation into the NATED N4 Engineering Studies and other Engineering programs
The following subjects will continue to be offered for the purposes of providing articulation and as a second chance to learners who have completed the National Senior Certificate (NSC) and would like to pursue studies towards N4 Engineering studies but did not meet the performance level required for admission:
- Mathematics N1, N2 and N3
- Engineering Science N1, N2 and N3
- Engineering Drawing N1, N2 and N3
Only students who have passed the NSC / Grade 12 may be allowed to complete these subjects for articulation purposes.
Qualifications
We put high priority in ensuring that the relevant accreditations are met and maintained. This qualification has been designed to provide the student with basic knowledge that opens up the possibility to the next level of engineering subjects in the Nated field. The student will be able to study towards a Trade or Occupational qualification.
On completion the student will earn the following:
- QCTO Certificate/Diploma
- QCTO GCC Certificate (Red Seal)

Learning Methods and Delivery
All our training is delivered in a practical workshop environment. We have state of the art campus build and constructed as a virtual workplace environment where learners not only learn theory in class rooms but also practically learn, apply, practise and demonstrate their newly acquired skills. This is experiential training at its best.

Assessment
You are assessed throughout the course according to the syllabus by the facilitator. Internal exams and moderation takes place by other subject matter experts.
